I've always kept a vague account book in my head. $50 for sneakers. $3.45 for bubble tea. $600 for textbooks... so on and so forth. Though I may tally my purchases, I guess I forget to add up all the expenses and then subtract it from my balance. Thank God for online banking!
Too bad everytime I check my current balance... its always 1/3 of the balance in my head.
heart . attack .

a clean slate - no, blog
In the past two weeks I have been at college I have learned three things:
1.) the luxury, and comfort of your own private bathroom -- a true haven
(ahem: you NYU kids might not have noticed)
2.) the health benefits and the warmth of grandma's cooking
3.) the clarity of the people you want to keep in touch with
I've also learned to cope with or assimilate to these three points:
For #1 -- I can't do anything about. I simply do not have an extra $3 billion floating around to donate to Wellesley so that they can install private bathrooms
For #2 -- I just have to visit the salad bar. And ONLY the salad bar.
For #3 -- this blog.
Yes I am being exclusive by only inviting a certain number of people. Yes, in some aspects this may come off as very 'snooty' because only invited guests have the "privelege" of reading my blog-- but I simply don't want random people looking into my life. I want to write things more worthwhile, and because this is an exclusive group I'd feel safe (as safe as I can be on the internet) to write more personal messages- things more worthwhile for you too.
Hmmm I should I end this?
Ahhh...... haha welcome my dearest ones ;]
